The ASBK Wants You!

The Yamaha Motor Finance Australian Superbike Championship presented by Motul Pirelli (ASBK), requires the assistance of volunteer Officials for Round Three at Winton Motor Raceway, taking place 28-30 of April. If you have a passion for motor racing and want to get involved with the sport you love, become an ASBK volunteer Official!

The ASBK is calling for all volunteer Officials to put their name forth and lend their assistance at Round 3, Winton Motor Raceway. Not only will volunteers be given free access with the best seat in the house, they will contribute to the overall Championship and rider success. Volunteers with and without previous experience are welcome to apply!

With the addition of live streaming and television broadcasting of the ASBK in 2017, the Championship has gathered significant momentum and has achieved an unprecedented level of elevated status. Volunteer Officials are crucial to the running of ASBK Championship rounds, which simply would not go ahead without their assistance.

Come and play your part in the 2017 Yamaha Motor Finance Australian Superbike Championship presented by Motul Pirelli, and be included in Australian motorsport history. If you are a Radio Official, Flag, Track, Paddock Marshal or Scrutineer, the ASBK would love to hear from you!

There is no experience required for some roles and the ASBK welcomes everyone wanting to be part of the action! We provide on-site training for all roles. The only criteria for selection is that volunteers need to be able to successfully work in a team environment and have the ability to keep calm under pressure. All volunteers are recognised as contributors to the success of our events.

If you would like to get involved, and be a valued part of the ASBK, please do not hesitate in putting your name forward via our office today!

For their valued contribution to the round, Volunteers will receive:

  • Two free weekend passes
  • ASBK Volunteer Show Bag
  • Entry into the Pillion Raffle*
  • Lunch
  • The opportunity to see behind the scenes at The ASBK Championship.

*Pillion raffle is open to all volunteers 18 or older. Pillion riders must meet specific medical requirements.

So don’t hesitate to get involved and make a difference!
