Racefit Continues ASBK Support in QLD

19-06-2009

Racefit was once again in attendance at QLD Raceway for Round 3 of the ASBK Championship, providing fitness advice and facilities for a large number of top riders.

Director Jake Royle is just as committed as the riders too, attending each race in last two seasons of Australian Superbike racing in a support role his clients.

The recent performances of some Racefit sponsored riders such as Pro Con Racing's Chris Trounson in Superbike and Jordan Burgess in Superstock further justifies that motorcycle racing is an extremely physical sport and only the fittest survive.

Royle and his team at Racefit have a diverse role at the track, including assisting clients in all aspects of their physical, nutritional and mental needs over the race weekend. This might mean preparing the right nutritional mix at breakfast, running warm up & assisted stretching sessions or mixing litres and litres of Endura sports drink during the day to help prevent fatigue during racing.

Racefit has also achieved a world first in 2009, providing the entire paddock with the Racefit rider support tent which means each and every competitor in the series has access to the free services provided by Racefit and its rider support tent partners, Endura Sports Supplements, Kona Bicycles, Look bicycles & Suunto Heart rate monitors.

Taking a look into the tent at your next ASBK round, you'll see clients such as reigning Superbike Champion Glenn Allerton, Wayne Maxwell, Wayne Hepburn and Chris Trounson all warming up on the stationary cycles along with riders from all the other classes utilizing the facilities and expertise that Racefit provides.
