What does your training regime look like as you prepare for ASBK 2019?As I’m not actually old enough to race in NZ yet, my focus is on getting as much practise as I can on the track. This includes training at the local kart club on my Kayo MiniGP bike. We also do a 1200km round trip to Christchurch just to get track time when we can. I also race speedway so that helps to keep me fit, along with basketball and running.
What’s your favourite thing about ASBK?The chance to race at the same events with legends like Troy Bayliss as part of the bLU cRU Oceania Junior Cup. To race on tracks as iconic as Phillip Island is incredible! The OJC and ASBK are such professional events and I’m learning so much being in this environment. It will have a big impact on my future racing.
