What does your training regime look like as you prepare for ASBK 2019?
Lots of cardio. Mainly running, cycling and skipping with some weight training here and there. Feeling the best I ever have coming into this year.
What’s your favourite thing about ASBK?
How close the racing is, not knowing who will take out each round.

Quite, adventurous and determined

The first ever time I rode a motorbike I broke my arm.
What achievement or milestone are you most proud of?
Just to be where I was at the end of last year in the Supersport class with the little experience I have racing on road and being able to keep up with other commitments.
What was your first win in ASBK?
At Wakefield in 2017 in the Yamaha R3 cup class in the wet.

Usually have my phone on shuffle, not really a preference.
Do you ride in any other discipline? (ie. Motocross, Trials, Enduro)
I race flat track and do a bit of motocross and motard as training
