What do you do for training: Damien is a strength and conditioning coach. He is also a sports nutritionist and a level two motorcycle coach. He spends alot of time preparing himself on- and off- the motorcycle

Describe yourself: Damien grew up racing dirt bikes and has a big interest in health and fitness. He has been a personal trainer, as well as a strength & conditioning coach for the past 10 years helping riders and athletes of many sports become the best version of themselves. Damien runs his own coaching business for motocross riders – Competitive Edge Performance. He’s only been riding road bikes and completed his first track day less than a year ago!
Fun or interesting fact: Damien weighed 107kg at 11 years old and has made a huge transformation to be the trainer and coach he is today
Hobbies outside of racing: Coaching and fitness. Damien loves water skiing, cycling and enjoys dining in fancy restaurants with his wife
